Questions Before Ordering
Please send the product name or page link and tell us what you would like to know. For sizing questions, include relevant pet measurements and the intended use. Do not rely on breed alone when selecting a harness, carrier, bed, or other fitted product.
Help With an Existing Order
To help us locate your purchase, include:
- Your order number.
- The email address used at checkout.
- The product concerned and a brief explanation of your request.
- Relevant photos or videos if the issue involves damage, missing parts, or an incorrect item.
Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or card security codes.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Items
If something is wrong with your delivery, contact us promptly. We will review the information and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, reshipment, or return solution for a confirmed product or fulfillment problem attributable to us, without additional costs arising from our error.
Returns & Address Changes
Contact us before mailing a return. We will provide the appropriate return destination and instructions after reviewing your request. Our business address is not automatically a return warehouse.
If you need to correct a shipping address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes depend on the order’s fulfillment status and cannot be guaranteed once preparation or dispatch has begun.
